At least it came out okay. Not too over the top. Although Blockade Duty is a bit weird. Advanced Fighter 1 and Escort would have done the job.

Just caught this. We can't make changes like this and give it the same SA name. That is just asking for unnecessary confusion.

Original (designed for ships)

BLOCKADE DUTY: This unit rolls one extra attack die when making Main Gunnery attacks against Ships that are on your side of the map.

I propose to change it to

Local Defense - This unit rolls one extra attack die when making attacks against Aircraft that are on your side of the map.

With only one 20 mm Cannon this aircraft really doesn't rate a Gunnery of 3 let alone a boost to 4.

I just checked and RB gave the 109 E the gunnery of 3 so we will keep it. The increase from AA7 to AA 8 is probably a bit generous since the armament didn't change, but the aircraft is a little more capable. According to my book on Luftwaffe Aircraft the "G" was faster, but heavier and a little less maneuverable than its predecessors.

So is my adjustment to "Local Defense" okay? I think it is still pretty darn generous.

As near as I can tell the main thing this brings to the party is an Fw 190 with Escort and carrier capability. And yet this is going to be the same cost. Given that I would at least drop the "Local Defense" SA.

Remember that as a carrier capable aircraft it can get the Expert Dog SAs as well.
