#9 Philippe Auboyneau (Commander) Review card

I can't fit all three of those additional SAs on the card. If I reduce the font to the absolute minimum 6 pt I still only get the first three SAs (including Commander). The first 3 SAs are all long winded. I recommend eliminating "Evacuation." That would allow me use the shorter Battery Silencer and get the font up to a readable size. Neither Evacuation nor Battery Silencer are worth anything anyway IMO.

It doesn't look like it was changed from the original. If we add "the unit this commander card is attached to" it will require me to really drop the font size. Early Deployment would also need that wording.

Early deployment will have the same issue. I suppose we need to "the unit this commander card is attached to" and shrink the text.

Might be an Extra space between'to' and 'all' in coastal squadrons.

So I can put this person on the Sovyetskiy Soyuz, place him and a cruiser/destroyer with it next to an island near the objectives, gain concealment and with Bad Weather Fighter get a bonus on the role? Pretty powerful.

Question: Can commanders also be placed on Neutral ships? Or is it just Allied/Axis ships?
