#1 Hector Waller (Commander) - ahead slow

There is no restriction of what type of ship you put a commander on. So if loosing a commander easily is a concern, attach to a more robust ship.

In wallers specific case being on a cruiser doesnt negate his flagship or fleet bonuses either.

Giving a unique SA for it here isnt really historic, since he went down with the perth. And a addedenum to the commander rule SA, will be limiting to aircraft and sub commanders.

Commander (Required): This unit is attached to a friendly ship in the deployment phase. If that ship is destroyed or removed from the map, this unit is removed from play.

Flagship 1

Aggression (Ship Bonus): If this unit is attached to a Destroyer or Cruiser. All local cruiser or destroyers roll +1 die on thier first attack of the surface attack phase.

Veteran Destroyer Flotilla (Fleet Bonus): If a local or adjacent destroyer is damaged or destroyed by a bomb attack. Roll a die, on +5 that unit takes no damage.

OPTIONS:
Potshot: The unit this commander is attached to is immune to mines.

Or

Transfer Flag: Once per game if the unit this commander is attached to is destroyed. You may transfer it to a local friendly ship.

So this is about where we are, we need an proposal, second of either the potshot or transfer flag option. Or a rejection/seconf of the proposal as a whole.

The general development window for this unit is closed. However, these cards will require testing for price and balance and won't immediately go to card creation.

Transfer flag on a destroyer is hugely important as they are “easy” targets and are often sunk in one round.

Does this revision go some what to correcting the issue?

Why the exclusion of multiple attacks? Otherwise I would be ready to move this one towards playtesting.
