The team has agreed to allow the forum at large to determine which of the Tribal Class they wish to include kn the deck. So, have a look at service records and give your thoughts here.

Consider also the destroyer division ability of last deck, which might well reflect the fleet destroyer concept that the class was designed up on. Or make a case otherwise.

27 made. Just started doing some digging but HMS Eskimo.

For her actions in Norway, Torpedo Survivor and Destroyer Killer. May I also suggest Establish Screen. I was looking at NavalHistory.net, she and her many sisters escorted many capital ships and convoys.

I would like to also put out. Brigman has done HMCS Athabaskan, SWO_Daddy has done HMS Zulu and, Sea Ablaze has done HMS Sikh

I may change my mind upon further research.

I would say the Tartar. She had an eventful career, eventually receiving the nickname 'Lucky Tartar' due to her numerous escapes from dangerous situations. One of four of the RN Tribals to survive the war. She was in basically all the theaters of the war.

Those that survived have similar track histories, particularly Ashanti, Eskimo & Tartar. Just expanding on what TrickiVic has written about regarding those already with cards, all the others apart from Nubian & Maori do have some form of card done, in this case jfk's forumini navies. Similar story with the J&K classes, being early original pieces they got plenty of attention with the forumini navies.

With that in mind I would suggest Nubian. It received 13 battle stars, joint second only to Warspite. It would kill two birds with one stone from a completionist's point of view, being a unit not done in any form previously and worthy as any.

Destroyer Leader? - Was part of 1st Tribal Flotilla, 19th Destroyer Flotilla, 10th Destroyer Flotilla, 14th Destroyer Flotilla
Evacuate 3 - For her duties of removing troops during Norway
Raider - Took part in a night action with other destroyers sinking an entire convoy and escorts
Sea Rescue - She took on survivors of many sunken ships

Looking again at Nubian, just seen that she was put out of action for 18 months, which makes the battle stars stand out all the more for the time she was in service. Some more SAs to consider could be for survivability and finish him off for the sinking of Pola. The only one I'd refrain from is the destroyer leader type. I'm hoping going forward to have at least one more of this ilk with other units, plus Faulknor was similar last time.

Nubian or Tartar. I recommend SA of either Close Escort or Establish Screen. The Tribals were intended as escorts for the battle-fleet. One Tribal was even accidentally sunk by collision with King George V.
