- 1x Kubelwagen V
- 1x Opel Blitz 3 ton
- 1x Panzerjager I
- 1x Panzer 38t
- 2x Panzer IVa
---The game itself:---
Deployment:
The German player deployed his 88 flak in a forest surrounded by the open. Infantry platoon was deployed in the same area to protect it. Tanks were deployed in the open on the side. Flamethrower was deployed with a Kubelwagen alone, as far forward as possible.
French player deployed his infantry platoon in a forest on his side of the map. He deployed his artillery on the very edge of the map, behind a forest, guarded by the Char B1 Bis.
The Cavalery tank platoon was deployed behind a 4idge, on the center of the map.
Major take from the game:
- German Flamethrower acted as a cruise missile on the French artillery and destroyed it on turn 2.
- French tanks were not able to manœuvre as the 88 had a very good sight on the battlefield.
- German tanks were no match for the French tanks, any attempt made to dig them out resulted in a Panzer getting damaged or destroyed with no results.
- The German tank destroyer did nothing at all to the enemy before getting destroyed on turn 2.
- French infantry platoon tried to flank the 88 but were not able to do much as it succeeded all its cover rools the german officer used its commander ability each turn to remove the disrupted counter.
- After surviving the cruise missile attack on the French artillery and having disrupted effect gone after many turns, the German Flamethrower rushed in the wood where the French infantry platoon were trying to flank the gernan 88. He was taken out by a Lebel Grenadier that he took out the same turn.
The French lost 2x Somua S-35: One from the concentrated attack of the 2x Panzer IVa and Panzer 38t that were each able to score 4 hits at medium/long range, the other one from a very lucky shot that damaged it from the Panzer 38t at long range and finished it the next turn before getting destroyed by the Char B1 bis
The German player lost 1x Panzer IVa from the return fire of the S-35 that was destroyed the same turn with shots
German 88 never fired a single shot.
---Conclusion:---
After 10 turns, it was a draw. No side seems to take the advantage.
The French still had a Somua S-35, Char B1 Bis, the armored car and it's infantry platoon almost intact. They lost 34pts of units
The German has one Panzer IVa, all its transports, the 88 Flak and its infantry platoon intact. They lost 35pts of units.
As the game ended with less then 5pts difference, no side was the clear winner.
