This is the fantasy Carrier Bonfiglietti, based on designs from the 1928-1932. These are what i've found on it:

According to Warship 2015 (page 45), this carrier was similar in size to the Zara class cruiser and influenced by the USS Ranger, HMS Hermes, and the Bearn. Here are the specifications:
Planes: 12 Fiat BR1 bombers, 12 IMAM ro. 1 recce, 18 Fiat CR20 fighters (42 planes total)
Armament: 8 152mm (4x11), 16 100mm (8x11), 8 37mm (4x11)
Armor: belt 60mm, decks 35mm/40mm/60mm, CT 100-40mm

Never realized. The displacement was 15.240 tonnes (standard)-17.540 tonnes (full load) with as dimensions 210 (between perpendiculars)-220 (over all) x 22,82 (waterline)-30 (maximum) x 5,55 (standard)-6,12 (full loaded) x 11,17 (moulded depth hangar deck)17,97 (moulded depth flight deck). With a horsepower of 70.000 ship supplied by the two-shaft geared steam turbines was her speed to be 29 knots. Range at maximum speed was 1.800 nautical miles and with 20 knots 4.200 nautical miles. She carried 42 aircraft with her. The crew numbered 1.112 men. She was slightly armoured, with a 6cm thick belt, the conning tower protected by 4-10cm thick armour and 3,5-6cm thick decks. The armament would consist of 4x2-15,2cm guns, 8x2-10cm guns and 4x2-3,7cm guns. Designer was lieutenant general Filippo Bonfiglietti (January 1868 Tivoli-December 1939 Loano) of the Corps Naval Engineers.

From Reddit:
Horizontal protection: The flight deck was 35 mm thick, and there was a 15 mm bulkhead against splinters underneath; in the citadel and over the fore 152 mm magazines there was a 40 mm armored deck. The other sensible areas (rudder, 100 mm magazines, fuel depots) were protected by a 30 mm deck.
Vertical protection: There was a 60 mm "belt" protecting the engine spaces and the aft 152 mm magazine, while 50 mm protected the fore fuel depots. The rudder spaces aft were protected by 40 mm. The command tower had the same protection as the heavy cruiser Bolzano.
