United States (oaklander) vs. Japan (Theaetetus), 1 use per unique ship, starting in 1941, 100 points each year. Whatever survives is added onto the next year.
OK I sent my fleet to Swizzle (100 points, 1941). I'm thinking that we play each 100 point game to its conclusion (150 VP) and then keep a running score tally across each year game. (So, we'd cut off the 1942 game after someone earns 150 points and then add that the 1941 score for the running total.) 100 points of fresh stuff each year that the game progresses, and surviving pieces come back for the next game. For surviving pieces, I think it makes sense that they come back sans damage? They limp to the nearest port for repairs in between battles.
You're right (somehow I thought it was 1941 and Musashi was 1942...): this is the other fleet I had prepared (I was between a BB group and a Carrier group)

Also, for future games (since it did not matter as much this time) do you want to play with cost corrections for Haguro and the TBD Devastator? I own both and usually play with a 20 point Haguro and a 7 TBD Devastator, which makes both more reasonable.
