On to the Spanish! Spain was planning to buy an "improved Impero" from Italy, which addressed the 2 weaknesses of that class. More armored deck and more AA. Here's what she may have become, along with a "real" destroyer.
I still have 3 replacement units to bring in, and have not decided yet what they will be. So, until then, here are the last two units. First, for those that would like to have more interaction with the land air base (maybe playing that it is NOT very far away) we have a card to represent it. This would only work well if BOTH players choose to take it to represent their bases. Second ... I could not resist bringing in the biggest, baddest sea-based unit the Japanese have ever faced in their history <cough>. Blame me for this one for sure!

Here are the 3 replacements: 1st: A dutch sub that had fun sinking destroyers. 2nd: The U-570 ... captured by the British and used as HMS Graph! Worked well for them! 3rd: A Swedish mine-laying submarine.

Good News: I still have copies of some of them, so those are available. Other News: I am in the middle of moving, they are packed away at this moment. We hope to be moved in by end of June (a lot of remodeling is being done!)
I can't get to them now, they are buried in a storage unit. Now that you have asked, I will make it a priority find them and let you know what I still have!
