Brigs, I'm not seeing how you get to E10 doing what you described. Starts in E11. Climb, ahead 1 takes you from E11 to E10. Then you break (not sure why you need to, because it doesn't buy you anything), which would put you in D9 or F9. A Barrel Roll, turn, climb, turn would get you there, but I don't see how you do it with climb then break (or break then climb for that matter).
The text for Break and the graphic don't match either...the words say sideslip, but the graphic shows a turn (presumably and immediate turn either at the start of your move or when you wouldn't otherwise be able to just turn the plane). The Barrel Roll (right below it) also has the same text, but the graphic also shows the sideslip.

Ok, so... attempt climb (succeed); ahead 1 and up to altitude 4. Attemp break (succeed); turn to facing 10 o’clock and ahead 1; turn left to face 12 o’clock.
Brigs, map below is what I think you intended to do. The order above is a little confusing. A turn to 10 O'clock would be a left turn (facing '6' that you and I are used to), and another left turn would have you facing '5', or 8 o'clock. I'm assuming you didn't want that and intended to break right (2 o'clock) then back to the left. If the map below isn't right, we can adjust. I know its tough posting from work...we can work this out when you're off.
P-39 to the east sets speed 5. Ahead 1, turns right, ahead 3, turns left, ahead 1, Evade left at Alt 3.
