As far as that Game 3 thread you have open, 300PTs 1944 ok. I'm fine with storms, but not to sure about night. I'll have to look up what Night SA's the Soviets have.
On the other game, I don't think the Soviets have a lot of night specific SAs. Subs, Smoke, and Patrol Bombers can be strong at night, but the Soviets are probably "average at best" fighting at night. Completely OK to play that in daylight.
