I am really looking forward to this movie. I loved the book The Good Shepherd that inspired it. Nothing heavy, just a good old-fashioned naval WWII action film utilizing modern movie-making technology.

I have heard some fan sites are complaining about the special effects. Well, I think it beats filming an old surplus minesweeper in peacetime gray and using stock WWII footage of whatever ship or plane you can find as was done back in the day.

No kidding. Southern Ontario's best gaming convention, Hotlead 2020, has been cancelled because of the coronavirus threat.
Ontario's chief medical officer of health is recommending events with more than 250 people be postponed or cancelled, and the Con was shedding vendors and GMs fairly rapidly.
It's still a matter of trying to flatten the curve -- we have nowhere near the death or infection totals that are in the U.S. If Canada can reduce the rate of infection so that the hospitals aren't overwhelmed, we might get out of this with minimal health impacts.
