I saw a thread like this on another forum that I hang out on and thought it would be a good idea here! The idea is that you may not want to start a new thread but you may want to let everyone know you're still active with War at Sea, even if it's in a small way. SO, what have you done with War at Sea today?
Aside from posting this, I went onto Shapeways and checked out my Holiday order. It's already shipped!
I keep a spare WaS model of New Jersey on my desk on USS New Jersey. Was too busy today to fidget with it though.
I have to admit, I usually have a mini sitting on my desk. Lately it's been USS Arkansas. Often tho it's a mini I'm working on, or thinking about working on.

Worked on finishing up my Z.511 mini's, and sent out the scenario for our local club tournament for this coming Friday evening. Checked on Deck F card discussions.

I post a few photos and bios of US warships that were in the Pearl Harbor attacks on my Instagram page. I have some miniatures I sent to Tigerman77 but haven't heard from since August which concerns me.
Decided to enter in Weeds contest and have been watching the public progress on Deck F. Good work team.
My minis and cards have been stored so far. I'd like to use them in the associative structure I've created, but in order for it to be accessible, I first have to work on my project to redesign all cards with only icons, in order to avoid english.

You have two? I'll give you anything to get ahold of one ;-D!!

We had our local "Iowa Shipbuilding & Drydock Co." club tournament last night here in Des Moines. We had six participants which is pretty good for us. I went 0-3. (Always happens when I decide to play with a "historically correct" build for the scenario.)

Played a 800 point version of the battle of Santa Cruz. Had to use most units in theater at the time, but it worked out well. 8 hours later the US barely squeaked it out!
Been away from the game a bit for various reasons but managed to get a smaller than usual shapeways order in, though when I'm going to get round to doing these at the moment I don't know. I noticed since my last order at the start of the year the price increases on aircraft and smaller stuff and the sale discount this year was the lowest I've seen it. The addition of new unit sculpts seems to be dropping off with more WAS reprint units being done and aircraft have very little movement.
