Ghukek is working on a massive number of sculpts and posting them at a rate I can hardly keep up with. I will use this thread to maintain an updated list of the units he has posted and that I have made the links for in the Forumini Shapeways list sticky. Please go to the master Shapeways/Forumini deck lists for the hot links.
In addition to the links I have already made I have now added:
I noticed Ghukek is offering his models in Gray PA12. Has anyone ordered a model in this material? Any thoughts on suitability and texture?
In the material description, Shapeways includes miniatures as one of the applications, which is why I chose it. I haven't actually tried any prints using it. I have only really purchased one model in Smooth Fine Detail Plastic and one in Natural Versatile Plastic back when I put my first models up just to see how my design style turns out through Shapeways. I typically test and prototype on my own printer. If you are interested, I can make another test run including the PA12 and post comparisons between the different plastics.

Of course, that would be awesome, but don't break the bank or anything. I'd really like to see a material close to holding the detail of Smooth Fine Detail Plastic, but strength and resiliency approaching Natural Versatile Plastic. I know, asking for miracles, but one can dream.

If I was trying to break the bank, I'd order a couple of my models in brass. One can dream.
I've placed an order for my Baltimore-class cruiser in Processed Versatile Plastic, Smooth Fine Detail Plastic, and PA12. I'll get back to you in a month or so when they arrive.
From what I can tell of PA12, it might be what you're looking for. The size tolerances (for detail) are closer to SFDP but it's advertised as being strong enough for industrial parts. The biggest drawback is its price, tending to be a tad more expensive than premium versatile plastic, however if it carries enough of the good qualities of both VP and SFDP, then maybe it's worth it for some.

The problem with PA12 is that it warps really badly. My ships have mostly come back shaped like a banana. As bad or worse than WotC. I tried heat treatment, but it took so much heat to soften it that it then turned brittle when it cooled and broke.
