SgtFury, I was just over on your site after updating the url over on the Underground. I noticed that your link to the Forumini was to the old site, you might want to change it or put a link to the new forum also. On the Underground I put links to both the old Forumini and the new Forumini, assuming the old one will still be visible for a while.
I finally found the custom dozer card from someone on this forum. The sig at the bottom is a die with four dots.
It is for a Sherman M-4 dozer:
Same stats as a typical M-4 Sherman regarding speed, defense and gunnery but with the SA "Dozerblade" Cost is 24 pts.
Reads: This unit ignores tank obstacles. This unit destroys each barbed wire or tank obstacle it crosses. This unit destroys each barbed wire or tank obstacle in hexes it enters. This unit gets +1 defense against units that have the close assault ability.
I am not sure if this will apply to or help your scenario but I knew that a custom dozer card existed in my collection. (I have the mini too)

Dozer AVRE - This unit destroys Barbed Wire that it crosses. It destroys Tank Obstacles and Minefields in hexes that it enters.
Dozer Blade - During the assault phase, this unit can breach either one hexside hedge or dyke that it crosses or clear a path through one forest, jungle, shell hole or rubble hex that it enters.
Flavor text: As UK armies advanced across Western Europe, there was a need for a well-armored, obstacle clearing vehicle that was fast enough to keep up with tank formations. This need was met by removing the turret from a Centaur tank and fitting it with a dozer blade. These dozer tanks were still in use up to the Korean War.
Comments & suggestions welcomed. Is the cost enough? Are the Special Abilities clear? Is the flavor text clear? Too long? Just right?
Explanation of the Dozer Blade SA: The intent is to allow this unit to perform one of the following actions during a single assault phase: "Breach" or "Clear a Path". Breaching is done to hex side terrain while clearing a path is done to terrain within a hex. In both cases the action of breaching or clearing a path does not remove the terrain. It simply allows a soldier or vehicle unit to either cross the hex side or enter the hex without a movement roll. Units behind the hex side terrain or within the hex terrain still get the benefit of any cover roll associated with that terrain type. Successful breaching of a hex side or clearing a Path through a hex would be denoted with a counter that would say; "Breached" or "Path Cleared". I have tried to clearly state that this SA would only allow this unit to do only ONE hex side or hex per assault phase. So it could not breach and / or clear a path through multiple hex side / hexes in a single assault phase. This is designed to reflect the unit taking its' time to finish one job before going on to the next.
The Dozer AVRE special ability is worded so that it could remove multiple obstacles in a single movement.
