To clarify: 3 successes is disruption. 4 successes is disruprion & damaged. 6+ successes is destroyed vs armor 3. Does this explain air phase & airstrikes effects?
Do you mean you rolled 6 successes then? If so, yes, it is destroyed. Please say successes for how many 4-5-6' s are rolled. I cannot see the dice rolls on this stupid device. The term successes is from the rulebook....it is WotC terminolgy........
WotC termonology defines Successes as the number of dice 4 or higher rolled. Hits is the number of successes equal to/higher than the defense factor rolled. Example: 8 dice rolled. 4 are 4+. Against 5 armor, that is a miss. 8 dice rolled & 5 are 4+. That equals the armor defense resulting in 1 Hit. Do,you understand the terminology difference between Successes & Hits better with this explanation? I hope this helps us all. This information can be found on page 16 of the rule books if anyone wants to look it up.
Brigman is in town with me this weekend gents, so I'm probably going to be a little scarce on line. I'll check in periodically, but if I respond slowly, please understand I'm taking the rare opportunity to play face to face with my gaming version of a BFF (I somehow feel stupid using that term).

SWO! Remember your SS Panzer IV F2 has SS Determination, it can move while Disrupted. Also, Extended Range 10 & Battlefield Awareness. This unit can make Defensive Fire attacks against vehicles that move out of hexes adjacent to this unit. (The Defensive fire attack must be made while the target is still in an adjacent hex) Info from card for SS Panzer F2 & database. Thanks again for that wonderful resource ober!
Back online guys. Sorry for the long delay. Had to go to the east coast for the last few days and had no time to get online.
I'm player 1. Curt, Ober, can you walk me through the Assault Phase here. As I understand it, the face-down disrupted counter doesn't have an effect yet, and I can elect to either move or shot with each unit (or do nothing).
- Do I shoot at at aircraft in this phase? Assuming I can, should I here? - Given the relative positions on the map, any recommendations on movement or shooting?

Since I am being an "Umpire", I am a Neutral Observer, mainly the source of rules clarifications. I can't really suggest strategies & remain neutral. You can move, fire or do nothing with a face down disrupted counter, you are correct in your statement above. Yes, you can fire at aircraft in the Assault Phase. Units without the Anti-Aircraft ability attack at -1. I will let Ober do the strategy suggestions....I feel like George Kennedy in "The Dirty Dozen"when Jim Brown & the boys capture the ambulance...."I'm just an Observer, I can't make any rulings"....but I can clarify rules questions, not help with strategy. Is this fair to all?
