The bridge structures were different and off the top of my head I think maybe the funnels might have been too. I think it was due to both/either smoke, through proximity/height relating to rear of bridge and/or as built initially a catapult might have been installed on B turret, reducing bridge space/size at front. I'm struggling to remember exact details but they were obviously different. Although personally not enough for me to stop using a second Exeter mini as York.

There was disagreement within the Admiralty design department at the time over whether stacks should be straight or slanted. So they did one each way. Seems silly, but humans.
