Destroyer: I will bow to others' superior knowledge. Aircraft: Flettner Fl 282 Kolibri (Hummingbird) - I am constantly surprised by the number and variety of helicopters in service during WW2. Other: Mine-layer Drache as converted to helicopter carrier.
I envision the Kolibri as having SAs something like the Myrt. It should be able to operate from ships of cruiser size and larger and would be very difficult to hit but an assured one-shot kill if you did.
