I found a UK seller on eBay with both the Bandits High Starter Set and the BH Boosters for a reasonable price: $26 CND ($19 US) including shipping from the UK.

His feedback is only 97%, but I've decided to take a gamble and order from him. I already have both starters and several boosters, but I figure it can't hurt to have the extra maps and such for a good price.
I'll post an update when I get the items....
The seller also has the Angels 20 Starter and A20 Boosters, but he wants a lot more money for those... ?
