This is a custom card being designed for my Strike North Campaign Scenario which I will be GMing during the upcoming MaizeCon in Waterloo, IA happening in October 2018. There are plenty of card designs already out there by such esteemed individuals as Sharpe, Thor711 and ObstbfEgon. I'm using them as starting points for my own versions. Some have been left entirely intact and others I have modified to my own purposes.
Looking for feedback. What do you think? Is it balanced in terms of cost? Any concerns or questions?
Once I have enough comments / feedback giving approval I will produce the unit card and post it here.

Command SA:
Coordinated Fire - Friendly Soldiers adjacent to this unit roll one extra attack die when attacking units that this unit has attacked this turn. (updated)
From Blenehim to El Alamein, the backbone of the British Army has always been the non-commissioned officer
What weapon do you visualize him carrying? I see him with a Sten gun where he is an NCO.
To answer that we would have to know when the sten gun was first issued out. This particular NCO starts the war in 1939. So perhaps a revolver or a rifle is more appropriate for this time frame which is 1939 to 1940.
Just checked Wikipedia. The Sten gun was being worked on in 1940 and was only issued out after the Norway Camapaign in April-June 1940. So I'm going to assume this NCO has a revolver. Perhaps instead of the Stiff Upper Lip SA I could give this NCO the Coordinated Fire SA.
Coordinated Fire (Commander Ability) - Friendly Soldiers adjacent to this unit roll one extra attack die when attacking units that this unit has attacked this turn.
His medium range AS is only a 3 & he has limited range 2, but he can use it to target an enemy unit to say "There lads!!! Shoot at him!!"

I like that SA. Its a good compensation for his revelover.
When you go home, tell them of us and say, For your tomorrows these gave their today. ~J.M. Edmonds

Very well, I will switch SAs and crank out a card for this unit.
