This is a custom card being designed for my Strike North Campaign Scenario which I will be GMing during the upcoming MaizeCon in Waterloo, IA happening in October 2018. There are plenty of card designs already out there by such esteemed individuals as Sharpe, Thor711 and ObstbfEgon. I'm using them as starting points for my own versions. Some have been left entirely intact and others I have modified to my own purposes.
Looking for feedback. What do you think? Is it balanced in terms of cost? Any concerns or questions?
Once I have enough comments / feedback giving approval I will produce the unit card and post it here.
Blackburn Skua Mk II
Nationality: United Kingdom
Aircraft
Year available: 1939

Aircraft - Aircraft are placed during the flight phase and attack during the airstrike phase. Units attacking Aircraft use their anti-Soldier attacks and get -1 on each attack die.
High Altitude - This unit may start the game at high altitude. All ground units must use their long-range attack values when targeting this unit. Any bombs dropped while at high altitude are affected by Dispersion.
Dive Bomber - This unit can drop down from High Altitude flight and perform a bomb drop without Dispersion. Add +1 to each attack die.
Carrier Capable – This Aircraft is able to be based on an Aircraft Carrier.
2 X Small Bombs option or 1 X Bombs option

Special note:
This unit can carry either 1 x Bombs or 2 x Small Bombs on it at the beginning of a battle. Once used it is removed. Each Bombs counter costs 6 points and does 12 attack dice of damage verses either Soldiers or Vehicles. Each Small Bombs costs 3 points and does 8 attack dice of damage verses either Soldiers or Vehicles. Either type of Bombs dropped from high altitude are subject to dispersion and have the special abilities of Inaccurate 1, Shrapnel 2 and Blast. Bombs dropped from low level are not subject to dispersion, but still have the special abilities of Inaccurate 1, Shrapnel 2 and Blast. Dive Bombing is the most accurate form of bombing. You can target an individual unit without dispersion. Bombs dropped via Dive Bombing do not have the special abilities of Inaccurate 1, Shrapnel 2 or Blast. It's just a straight dice roll for results.
