This is a custom card being designed for my Strike North Campaign Scenario which I will be GMing during the upcoming MaizeCon in Waterloo, IA happening in October 2018. There are plenty of card designs already out there by such esteemed individuals as Sharpe, Thor711 and ObstbfEgon. I'm using them as starting points for my own versions. Some have been left entirely intact and others I have modified to my own purposes.

Looking for feedback. What do you think? Is it balanced in terms of cost? Any concerns or questions?

Once I have enough comments / feedback giving approval I will produce the unit card and post it here.

MAC 24/29 Machine Gunner

Cost: 4

Speed: 1

Defense: 4/4

AI: 8/6/-

AV: 2/2/-

Covering Fire - Soldiers attacked by this unit can’t make defensive fire attacks this turn.

The French Army selected the MAC 24/29 to replace the Chauchat as its’ standard squad automatic weapon.

I'm just basing this off a card that I found, but compare the following LMG stats:

The Japanese Type 99 LMG has AS 8/6/-

The American BAR Gunner has AS 8/6/-

The British Bren Machine Gunner has AS 8/7/-

So a French LMG having AS 8/6/- seems to be right.
