Don't give up, she can at least sponge a shot that would otherwise go at a different DD, or Smoke or torpedo something...

I can leave her in E7, or you can move her to F6...?

You ARE contesting the objective. You just can't claim it. I can't claim it either, if you have ships with sea control in adjacent sectors. So, unless I sink Rodney, Sheffield, and the Nizams adjacent, I won't be claiming the objective this turn.

I don't really know what I should do with the Albacore. Your AA is so strong that it has no real value to my fleet (what British torpedo bomber prior to '43 does?). I'll send it over the Trentos. That might go a bit better.

The Fleet Air Arm didn't receive the TBF-1, or "Tarpon," as they called it, until early 1943 if I'm not mistaken. The year changes everything.
