Pegasus Bridge- 75 yrs. later...The Celebration!

Plan A- June 9th 2018 is a Saturday. We'll attempt to gather a group of names and locations where everyone can play a Pegasus Bridge/D-day game. We'll work out some details, and attempt to increase the players for 2019. I'll check with my local gaming club to become "D-day Central", and to have a dedicated room where everyone is playing a Pegasus Bridge/D-day game. The goal for 2018 is to acquire a list of locations, and total number of players. I think we can get at least 400 people/ 10 countries playing. There will be some time zone issues as well. More to follow!

other ideas will be to have a 80% bunker in the room, and a Live Facebook stream at Ground zero (local gaming store)

I think this is cool idea for an event. I guess you know that the filming for the Pegasus Bridge movie winds up this year. It'll likely be released in 2018.
Would be cool to have this game-play linked to the film, somehow.

You can add probably add Ohio to that list also.  Outpost Eagle and I will give it a go; if nothing else, I will!

Just this week received my 28mm figures from Wargames Foundry: British paras in helmets with weapons support, German sentries and German officers and support weapons, and a couple of bags of surprises that could appear on the table if the dice agree.
All I need now is an affordable Pegasus Bridge (oh, and some time to paint these...)
