After comparing to Karlsruhe (10 points), I've decided to drop Muzio Attendolo's cost to 11. Not gonna bother re-uploading the card, but that's the version that'll go to press and be on the final page here.
I agree.
As a matter of fact could you bother to reupload the card please.
In the meantime, here's a new card. A historical French patrol bomber, the first with 4 engines. She carried a heavy bomb load and was used for coastal recon and maritime patrol as well as bombing.
Plus, she's almost as ugly as the Amiot 143, so that's a plus in my book.
Another French aircraft, this time the "planned" SNCASE SE 100. Sometimes called "The French Beaufighter", the production model would have had: 6 x 20 mm cannon in the nose 2 x 20 mm cannon in a rear turret 2 x 20 mm cannon in the belly
Dunno if you can use this brigs but here it is anyway
ESTABLISH BEACHHEAD: Once per game, instead of making an attack in the Surface Attack phase, this unit place a Beachhead marker on an adjacent island not on your side of the map. At the end of the air return phase, score 1 Victory point for each Friendly adjacent ship with the landing or beach landing special abilities.
Uses the precedent if creating terrain that mines set.
Here's the Italian light cruiser Armando Diaz, sister to Luigi Cadorna. Although the Team(s) didn't see fit to give Luigi an ASW score, both cruisers were outfitted with two DC racks and 40 DCs in 1938. So this card represents that upgrade, as well as Diaz's work fending off raiders.

Obviously tougher for the axis and I'm not quite sure what fantasy might be left without consulting NASA but I'm sure others can come up with ideas. I've included mostly RN here as it's what I know of the most and still a lot of tasty options from cruisers down. Its interesting to note the reduction in UK slots in the current team deck when considering this. Only two slots still empty but I've got a feeling looking at the votes, they are units going to be duplicated.
Also I think we've got to a stage where some commonwealth/minor units are being picked because of lack of choices yet more appealing sisters in the RN are being overlooked because of the opposite, too many choices.
Spoilt for choice but looking at standout undone classes or standout sisters.

HMS Cairo, HMS Calcutta, HMS Argonaut, HMS Naiad, HMS Phoebe, HMS Scylla
Two I will always throw in:
HMS Audacity, HMS Fidelity
Others are far better placed than me for the US but...USS New York! Like HMS Royal Soverign the only BB without a card. USS Card would be good and its open for USS Hawaii & USS Kentucky.
Axis shouts:
Z6 Theodor Riedel, Z10 Hans Lody, Z22 Anton Schmitt, Komet, Orion, Widder, Moltke sister, Scire, Amagi (CV), Tatsuta, Yamato sister.
Also some on shapeways are orphaned I think.
Not much big stuff and no aircraft.
"That's right son, join the navy. Get behind a bloody big gun and knock the hell out of somebody"
"We went out, got our arses kicked, then came back again"
