New cards!
Really liking the Italian, Jap & US planes, Voyager and Growler. What's the best proxy for that Colorado? Kinda looks like a Sunderaland or maybe that other big US floatplane -whose name escapes me- we've got. It's going to be a case of closest proxy for a few of these planes I think.
Thinking about what else, still hoping for some sort of British fleet support as talked about previously as still a big gap. Looking at the slowdown of new sculpts on shapeways maybe more sisters or already created designs might help. We're still going to end up with a lot of cards from various decks without close proxies either way. I was hoping we'd know more about the hidden picks in the team deck by now as well to get more of an idea what we're getting. I'd like to see one more UK sub -been a while since Venturer at start of this deck- and I'm hoping Rorqual is the UK sub in the team deck. It was well clear on votes but just missed auto selection. So one from the S, U, pre-war classes(O type?) or even a T class like the veteran early war Truant, would be good.
Also I'm glad you didn't pick HMS Fortune in its RN guise, even if DDs are my favourite historical units. This book www.amazon.co.uk/Figurehead-Story-Conflict-Loyalty-World/dp/1858210569/ref=pd_rhf_se_p_img_1?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1&refRID=Q9GJREM1RRXHB275632K
gives a unique insight into negative happenings on board a wartime destroyer. It was the lame dog of the battle hardened F class for various reasons and contains details that won't be found on its wiki page. The author had to wait until the captain had died before publishing and even then does not mention him by name, though this can be found with a bit of online digging. It can be picked up cheap and is an excellent read.
