Yes it will. I've talked to SWO and we've come up with a slight change to the deck. Unlike my (past) decks, SWO always separated his decks into "air" and "other" units. We've decided to do the same here. So there will be 36 air units and 90 "non-air" units in the deck(s), which will be available separately. That way you folks who want multiples of the planes don't end up with (say) three copies of a BB you don't need and can't use.
This means the "scratch" deck will have 126 units total, which will be divided as above.
