UK Jurisdiction is arguably pretty debatable under international law, but I suspect this quacky nut house really isn't worth the bother. Interesting to snicker about. Hard to take seriously. Honestly, they are pretty lucky this thing falls inside currently recognized UK territorial waters. If it was elsewhere, far less amused, tolerant, or peaceful parties than the Brits would have ended this a long time ago.
Joking aside, back to War at Sea. While some of the forts claimed a significant number of downed bombers in WWII, I'm not sure how stellar a unit they would end up being as a W@S unit. I don't think the typical number of gun mounts (looks like a mix of 2-4 QF 3.75 inch anti-aircraft guns + a few Bofors 40 mm in most cases) would merit a high AA score or significant MG values. I'd imagine it might be close to the existing Advance Naval Base with lower MG and AA scores and without the Small Port SA. Shrug.
Looked through all of SWO and your cards and am surprised yall have not done an SS Ohio yet...
I know we did one a long time ago in the custom card section with an upgraded version of Determination that goes off on a 4+, but if you do one that would be awesome!!!
Free French Naval Aviation (Aeronautique Navale) received 32 in late 1944 for Flotilla 3FB and 4FB (16 SBD-5s for each)
it Would permit an easy proxy
I'm talking here from French Navy SDB-5 not from Air Force A-24B received by Free France on 1943 and 1944

A squadrons bit of history
Based at Cognac 3FB and 4FB, SDB-5 squadrons made 165 operations during war and did dive-bombing missions against german ships and against fortifications.
From April 1945 on, survivors of 4FB were based on Dixmude and later 3FB on Arromanches.
I would suggest as SA:
DETERMINED ATTACK: If this unit is aborted by a ship's aa attack, roll a die. on a 1, destroy this unit. On a 4 or higher, this unit can make either a Bomb or Torpedo attack. you get -1 on each attack die for Bomb or 1 less die for Torpedo
and?
CLOSE AIR SUPPORT SPECIALIST (same as SWo RNZAF Dauntless SA) : This unit rolls one extra attack die when making attacks against Installations (you will note that it doesn't combo with determined attack to avoid powa unit)
I could have sworn we'd already done one between us, but looking through SWO's and my decks, we haven't. The following units did get Dauntless Operations, though, which would let them base the USN SBD...
Painleve (SWO) Dixmude (Deck A) Porte Avions Jean Bart (Deck B)
Right, I know. And with the carriers I listed (that we've done) that have Dauntless Ops, you can use the card for the USN SBD-3. I don't see the SBD-5 as being any different in game stats due to lack of granularity in the game...?

What About a P51 Mustang as recon ? F-6Cs and F-6D ?
Brigman have you ever done a list of your cards with what classes they come from? Especially for some of the fantasy units, and ships scrapped pre-war it would be really helpful for figuring out what they are. Obviously you are busy and we very much appreciate all you do, it's just something I've noticed would be nice.
