Leonardo da Vinci seems to essentially be a baby Impero / class limit extender. Conte di Cavour and Giulio Cesare aren't exactly awesome game pieces (I think Caio Duilio is by far the best of the smaller Italian BBs in the game due to her SA, but a separate class), so being allowed to take three of these by virtue of this card doesn't seem to be a big deal (I frankly don't see this class of BBs used much at all given the choice).
Straddle is OK, but I wonder if there isn't something more that could be done here.
These 'S' units were selected around the Battle of Sparventio G.Caesar apperance and the relative power as opposed to the Ark+Swordfish was a consideration
MNN, I need to think on it a bit, but I don't necessarily disagree. With the weird, bored-out barrels on these BBs, it seems hard to give them Sharpshooter. This may be the best that can be achieved, but there might be an unusual option out there. Straddle isn't a bad SA, and frankly helps this otherwise poor ship a bit.

Let's think out of the box a little and make it a little gamey... nothing back breaking.
Why not give it Bad weather fighter? It's good with a smoke build (Where I have had a great amount of success in an IT fleet) and would help possibly keep it in the board longer. And no IT BB has that yet I believe...

Definately. Would make this unit very attractive in an IT fleet. We would be putting this on a squishy BB, which would help its survivability a little. Besides, its not like BWF has been put on a giant hull 6 bb before.... wait a minute!!!
Damn Russians and their fantasy BB...

Yeah that would make it attractive. It's certainly not the monster Soyuz is, but the synergy with smoke will make it attractive, even with the BC-like armor and gun stats. I like it.
