Just curious, why is the Kittyhawk such a cheap unit? It has some really high stats!

The Kittyhawk is basically an Australian P-40, which also costs 5. Same as the Soviet Lend-Lease Hurricane. Land-based, so they can't go on a carrier or benefit from expert SAs.2d6
