Hey Mark, they are fantastic. Now I need to snap all my paint brushes and send everything to you. LOL I paint all my minis now and people still play with me. Despite my complete lack of talent. Wink

Send away Dave. I'm back in the swing of painting again with all the 3D printed minis I can handle. I do painting for the owner of Miniature Tanks Company in exchange for minis. Tom Sessler has been graciously helping me with cards. We only have 3 people here that still play AAM. We lost Layne to cancer last year. Jim from the group is working on a 3 scenario game based around Guadacanal.
How you liking retirement so far? I know I'm loving it. You take care and hope to chat with you again.
Cheers,
Mark
P.S. If your looking for any perticular minis let me know and I'll try to get them for you.
Wow, 3 players there, I wish there were that many here these days, I am in need of some dice rolling big time, so I have been painting to keep my hands occupied. That 3 scenario Guadalcanal sounds good, I have been dabbling with Pacific scenarios some as well, just need to write them up & play test them.
Thanks for the Miniature Tanks info too, will be getting some 3D prints myself.
I'll send you a copy of the Guadacanal scenarios as we get them done. The first one is the initial US landing to take the airstrip the Japanese were building.
James @ MTCo. has many new minis listed on his site including Pershings. I'm painting 2 Ostwinds in a 3 tone ambush camo for him now. In return I now have a 1/100 Karl Morser. Very tricky to put together but looks very nice. I'm anxious to paint it.
We have 3 who play and 1 that comes to town once in awhile who plays so, 3 1/2. KennyJ sold all his AAM minis. We kept all the 3D terrain Dano made for our gaming. Kenny got a good price for all of it.
Sounds good Mark, my thanks to you for sharing those as they happen. Let me know what maps are used or can substitute, I have 2x North Africa with the Island on the other side, several 3" hex & some 2" hex maps...Able. Baker, Charlie & Dog 1-4 & a couple others with shoreline.
I think I know where KennyJ's minis went & I think I might have acquired or might acquire some in the future...it's all good & good thinking on the terrain as well, I have some myself that is a joy to use, he has a nice touch with things for sure.
Anyway, thanks again for those as they happen & it's always a pleasure to see your pics here. Take care & Cheers!
Curt
P.S. A good read about Guadalcanal is "Helmet for my Pillow" by Robert Leckie, he was in the 1st Marine Division & was there from the landing.
I would also be interested in putting some eyes on the Guadacanal scenarios. The Pacific is my favorite theater. Wish WOTC would have done more with it.

Not a problem triggermike. I will send you a copy also. It will be 3 seperate scenarios centered around Guadacanal. We're using the Historical Battlefronts Solomon Islands maps but I think it will adapt to the AAM maps without a problem. Send me a PM with your email when you get time.
