It was, and it makes more sense here than on a old 15" R-class, but its still a pretty wacky mechanic. And it just had a pretty big influence on this game. Its not over, but not taking that objective this turn is going to really hurt down the road.

BTW, the frustration with Intimidation above is admittedly situational. If I had two ships on the objective, I probably seize it and while my BC got pushed back, its probably not going to have a big impact. This is THE kind of situation where the SA really burns, and it probably doesn't play out this way without your amazing air attack on turn 1. AND, I should have seen this coming given the way I placed my ships and position of the squalls - I'm WAY rusty and shouldn't have given you this easy shot. It is what it is...play on.
