I've never been much of a forum poster, but read the old forumini daily from like 2009 to 2013/14, so while you may not remember me, I recognize a bunch of your names AAM was what dragged me into this plastic crack journey, and while I also do some W@S, AAM is still my favorite. Today I study away from my hometown (where I have got my AAM), so gaming is done mostly during holidays. My collection is a bit of everything, though with a focus on late-war and exotic pieces (Reserves is still my favorite set: T-35, Elefant, Me 262, IS-3, SU-152+++, so much cool stuff). I even got my hands on a custom built Maus (sadly I can't remember the name of the modeller, but you probably know him: the guy famous on forumini for his beautiful models) in a forumini competition years ago, which I cherish.
So yeah, I decided to check in again on this wonderful community. I can't promise I'll post more than I did back then, but we'll see
Welcome Buster, glad to see another Land Gamer. We may be few in number but we do find the "Dry Side" to be our favorite as well. Drop in as often as you want, you are always welcome.
Hello to the new (and old) gamers. Glad to see that people are still playing the game. I just played an epic North Africa game where my British 8th army was almost annihilated by the DAK with two 88's It appeared to be off balance despite the equal point totals and proved to be a 88 killing machine.

Hello All. I have been playing the game since the very beginning and lurking for much of the time. Definitely a land-gamer, mostly Eastern front. Not many gamers way out here in Nova Scotia, especially now since my boys are out of the house.

Greetings Grumpy, welcome to the forum. Our numbers are dwindling as time passes and other new games surface but AAM is still the best "Beer and Pretzels WWII Game" out there. We still have a small group playing up here in Fredericton

I have a massive collection, but have only played 3x and the last time was several years ago. There aren't any other players around me. I joined around the time of Eastern Front so my collection is missing some of the hard to find rares from the V1 sets, and I never got around to completing Early War or Counteroffensive.
