A hundred years ago this weekend people in Paris, London, Washington, Rome, and around the world celebrated the end of the War to End All Wars. That celebration widened to encompass and honor all veterans, and today we celebrate Veterans’ Day to remember the lives touched or taken by conflict worldwide. May we never forget the lessons we have learned from the horrors of war nor the necessity of being prepared for it.
Good Day I attended the local Rembrance Day services at the local park as always. This is an airforce neighbourhood so lots of blue in the crowd. A large turnout with the 100th anniversary of the end of WW1 Which was nice to see.
