Its important to recognise that there are a lot of competing viewpoints when these decks are in the works. People want big units, people want historical units, people want units to complete lists, people dont want ahistorical units. Akagi was from the outset intended at a large historical unit with the recognition that the previous couple of big japanese unit were ahistorical. There isnt any motive to change the game, just provide something different that satisfied different elements of the community
